Your role
In the role of a Visual Designer, you enjoy facing challenges in creating the best possible Visual Design in complex transactional B2B & B2C projects.
Your tasks will include:
● Conception and creation of Corporate Designs as well as initial creation of client/company-wide UI standards
● Creating, managing and evolving visual elements of design systems with multiple themes (Branding across departments)
● Creating a fully fledged design system from scratch with the given constraints (Client Requirements, Practice Needs, Technical Constraints)
● You ensure consistency and accessibility across a variety of products and platforms in an inclusive end-to-end user experience
● Considering the human-centered design process & present UX concepts
● Working with different Tools like: Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD
● Working with different Frameworks like: TailwindUI, TailwindCSS, M-UI
● Collaborating & communicating within a multidisciplinary team (effectively communicate ideas & concepts) with UX, Frontend Development, Business Analyst, Client / Product Owner
● You are pragmatic, solution-oriented and able to handle various requirements from different disciplines
● You are working with clients from different industries (Building materials, Food, IoT, Ecommerce, B2B Industries etc)
Who you are
● You have a high level of creativity and flair for customer-oriented design, zeitgeist & strong brand understanding
● Good understanding of the creative vision of departments and translate the strategy into visual communication
● You enjoy facing challenges in complex transactional B2B & B2C projects and creating innovative and feasible designs
● Able to communicate ideas and explain their reasons-why – not opinions / just facts
● Prototyping tools are well known tools for you (Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD and/or Axure)
● Sense for cross-product design language and deep understanding of design principles
● Knowledge about typography terms and anatomy, and how they affect legibility, aesthetics, and perceptual aspects
● Experienced with accessibility patterns, especially with the usage of color contrast and font size
● Experienced using and creating grid systems, type systems, and spacing systems adaptable for desktop, tablet and mobile.
● Familiar with the creation of icon sets & illustrations (vector)
● Good sense of organisation, collaboration, and communication
● Senior experience in the above-mentioned tasks
