What did Smacon do
Integration with SAP: Our solution is designed to seamlessly integrate with SAP, enabling efficient inventory management. This integration allows for inventory requests to be made directly to SAP, and stock level updates to be synchronized in real-time with SAP’s system.
Developing a Delivery Boy App: To improve delivery tracking and reliability, we developed a user-friendly delivery boy app. This app allowed for real-time tracking of deliveries, ensuring that customers received their orders promptly.
Implementing a Geo fencing Portal: We created a Geo fencing portal to manage warehouses and delivery areas more effectively. This portal helped in optimizing delivery routes and managing logistics with greater accuracy.
Building a Customer Portal: We also developed a customer portal available both on the web and as a mobile app. This portal provided customers with an easy-to-use interface to place orders, track deliveries, and manage their accounts, enhancing their overall shopping experience.
