  3. Store-Level Action: Store users are notified. If stock is available, it’s picked and packed. If not, the system automatically puts it on hold.

  4. Bluedart Dispatch Trigger: Post packing, an automated pickup instruction is sent to Bluedart.

  5. AWB Generation: The Bluedart API automatically generates the AWB, and tracking ID is shared with the customer.

Customer Communication: SMS and email alerts are sent at each step — from confirmation to delivery.
